This is my favorite breakfast smoothie to make. It's easy, quick, pretty cheap, and great for two people to share or just a really hungry one.
- two big handfulls of spinach
- as many bananas as your heart desires (I used five here)
- two dates
- one or two apples
- about one cup of blueberries (or any berry)
- an orange
- a tablespoon of ground flax seed
- two cups of water
Blend it all up and enjoy the sweet delicious taste of health and steady energy.
